Who do I pay for?
You pay for each electrician who creates and signs certificates under their own login. Everyone else is free: admins, office staff, and apprentices or supervised workers who work under one of your certifying electricians.
So a team of one certifying electrician with two apprentices and an office admin pays for one user, not four.

What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically during the trial. When it ends, start a paid subscription to keep going.
How am I billed?
Monthly, with no contract and no setup fee - cancel anytime. An annual plan is also available: pay for 11 months and get one month free. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, and there's no penalty for doing it early. Cancelling stops future billing straight away, you're not charged again, but you keep full access for the rest of the period you've already paid for. After that it switches to read-only: you can still log in, view and download everything you've already created, but you'll need to resubscribe to create new records. Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation any time before it takes effect.
What is the CertMate AI add-on?
